Lean Istitute Italia is transformed!

On Nov. 21, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. at the office of Notary Marcello Grossi at 27 Via Leopardi in Milan, in the presence of Dr. Aniello Veneri Chartered Accountant, the formal deed of transformation of the company LEAN INSTITUTE ITALIA Sas di Claudio Ernesto Mario Manzati& C. in continuity into a limited liability company was held taking the name LEAN INSTITUTE ITALIA Srl.
Dr. Claudio Ernesto Mario Manzati, founder of the company in 2011 at the same notary's office, remains majority shareholder with the position of CEO, and Dr. Alice Manzati, appointed as the company's attorney, as minority shareholder.
LEAN INSTITUTE ITALIA has grown significantly over the years, thanks to the proposal of services that has gradually expanded.
From the initial consulting in the pharmaceutical and life science fields for the development of: new processes, new products and the implementation of new production facilities, it has evolved through the scouting of new material and suppliers and/or auditing on behalf of multinationals in Italy and abroad, with consulting in the optimization of Production and Administrative Processes employing the techniques of Lean Manufacturing and ProcessExcellence and WCM “World Class Manufacturing” , the range of services has also expanded to include being a Party Technical Consultant in Civil Lawsuits and/or Arbitrations through the Chamber of Commerce.
It should be noted that since 2021 Dr. Claudio Ernesto Mario Manzati is registered at No. 10696/2021 in the list of CTUs (Technical Consultants of Office) of the Court of Milan for the professional sector “Pharmacy”, he is also registered since 16.03.1989 in the Order of Pharmacists of Milan, Lodi and Monza-Brianza at position No. 8346 and is also authorized by the Italian Ministry of Health to perform the function of Qualified Person for the pharmaceutical industry. It also has Lean GreanBelt and Black Belt Certification issued by the German LEAN INSTITUTE.
In addition to the specific ATECO74.90.99 code for consulting, over the years the company has added the following secondary codes:ATECO 58.11 and 58.14 for Magazines and Newspapers and Books following the establishment of the Publishing Division, having in 2019 founded The POST HORN Magazine Publishing House www.posthornmagazine.com and ATECO code 59.11 for the establishment of the Cinematography Division managed by Dr. Alice Manzati who will soon register her own trademark.
The company currently operates from its registered office at Via Cesare Pascarella 5 in Milan, and has two second local offices in Italy that are active: in Massa, Tuscany, and in Val d'Aosta.
